A visit from Jim Parkyn
This week we were visited by a modelmaker from Aardman Animations, Jim Parkyn.
As part of a new whole school project called 'Moving On Up!', Jim was able to work with some of our children, making mini-me's out of plasticine.
Jim explained to the whole school what he does in his special job.
The children were treated to seeing Shaun the sheep up close, as Jim described in detail how the puppet was made.
All of the children had a fascinating insight into the world creating models, sets and props.
